Tinashe Dean
My name is Tinashe Dean Nyamushanya, and I am from Zimbabwe. I work for the Government of Zimbabwe and I am passionate about youth inclusion and empowerment. My work focuses on advocacy, writing, and research on issues affecting young people, especially mental health and drug addiction among youths in Zimbabwe. I also engage with youths living in marginalized communities, providing mental health support and skills empowerment to help reduce social trauma caused by unemployment and poverty. In addition, I lead a youth-driven initiative called Network 263, through which I organize and conduct youth programs that promote mental health awareness, empowerment, and sustainable youth development.
