We mobilize a borderless, mental health advocacy movement of student-led chapters across middle schools, high schools, and undergraduate institutions around the world. These hubs empower young leaders to spearhead mental health education and grassroots advocacy, transforming their local communities through peer-driven policy reform and sustainable campus support systems. [COMING SOON] Our Care Packages Program ensures that culturally sensitive, youth mental health resources and tools are readily accessible to young people navigating tough, isolated situations. Through personalized care packages, which can include therapy scholarships, sensory items, mental health resource pamphlets, and positive affirmations, we help young people receive essential pathways to the support that they need. We focus our efforts on youth in under-resourced schools, hospitals, crisis zones, and correctional facilities, and places where traditional care systems often don't reach.
[COMING SOON] Most mental health resources are English-first, leaving approximately 75% of the world's population unable to read, understand, or culturally relate to essential information in their native language. Our Translation program adapts and distributes vetted resources in over 100 languages, in an urgent effort to democratize life-saving information. We plan to partner with Respond Crisis Translation, Translators Without Borders, and Google Cloud to ensure that mental health research and self-care tools reach non-English speaking youth in the Global South and beyond.
Students will learn how to emulate the change that Speak Now has achieved at a local level. We offer a specialized professional development track that equips young leaders with a standardized curriculum in mental health literacy, youth advocacy, and reducing stigma.
This comprehensive advocacy engine drives our mission to move from awareness to action. It houses our incubator program, where young draft and pass mental health legislation and policies, and our Youth Mental Health Opportunities Hub, which connects young advocates to tailored projects, making it easy for anyone to join an organization or support the movement right in their own community

Our flagship global convening serves as a high-impact laboratory where young researchers, policymakers, and activists meet to co-create solutions. This summit is a space where youth-led data is presented to global leaders to fund and scale the future of mental health infrastructure.
Voices Around the World is a community art project that serves as a space for making connections, spreading compassion, and representing your unique perspectives in the youth-led mental health sphere. Centered around a different mental health theme every year, we'll launch an anonymous, online collection of messages and ideas that welcomes submissions from around the world.
